Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

This elegant wine was fermented on skins for two weeks and then basket-pressed into French barriques for extended maturation.

Ripe fruit aromas, rich varietal flavours, and gentle oak combine over time to produce a rich, smooth wine overlaid with hints of blackcurrant, plum, cinnamon and cigar box.

This wine is a perfect match with rosemary and garlic infused lamb, osso bucco and vintage cheddars.
